Here are all of FoxInSox's jams.
by Pink Floyd
Quite a lot of wanky nonsense is said about Pink Floyd, certainly enough to avoid them at all costs! But this is their second single and it's a beautiful combination of clever wit and strangeness.

by The Monkees
There is a flashback in a Simpson's episode where Marge is getting teased on the bus for having a Monkees lunch box and it always makes me think of my Mum. You know what? Fuck them, The Monkees rule! On a side note Davy Jones died on my birthday in 2012 . Can I get any more personal information out in one post? I don't think so......

I was 13 when this album came out and it's still officially the only single my Mother banned from our house. It may have has something to do with my then 5 year old sister running around the house singing "I'm a loser baby, so why don't you kill me?" Irrespective of her early nineties McCarthyism, I adore and admire my Mum and treasure the bits of her in me (of which there are many) So, Happiest of Mother's day to all those woman struggling with defiant anarchist children, we usually become thoughtful, compassionate adults :)

by Norma Tanega
A friend reminded me of how much I love this song! Norma penned quite a few excellent songs for her long term girlfriend Dusty Springfield. She kinda has a real Melanie Safka vibe to her that I adore

A stranger has come To share my room in the house not right in the head, A girl mad as birds Bolting the night of the door with her arm her plume. Strait in the mazed bed She deludes the heaven-proof house with entering clouds Yet she deludes with walking the nightmarish room, At large as the dead, Or rides the imagined oceans of the male wards. She has come possessed Who admits the delusive light through the bouncing wall, Possessed by the skies She sleeps in the narrow trough yet she walks the dust Yet raves at her will On the madhouse boards worn thin by my walking tears. And taken by light in her arms at long and dear last I may without fail Suffer the first vision that set fire to the stars. Happy anniversary my favourite bearded mentalist!
