Here are all the jams that JonDennis likes
by Robert Johnson
There had to be time toi jam another track by Robert Johnson so I decided upon If I Had Possession Over Judgment Day which is a version of "Rollin' & Tumblin' by McKinley Morganfield a.k.a. Muddy Waters & Rolling And Tumbling, by Elmore James), in many versions it's also known as Brownville Blues. But it was restricted!! So instead I am jamming "Me and the Devil Blues" which was restricted on YouTube but embedded fine from Vimeo, go figure. #Blues #LastJams #LongLiveTheJams #GoingDownJamming #tillthewheelsfalloff

I was very sad to read that this place is to be 'archived' - I've loved it here. Knowing I had only a few 'jams' left made it hard to choose one - but then tonight this came up on shuffle and, yes, chose itself. Last of three, two..? Sad times. Lucien, Lucien!

No digitised version of this can convey the true WALLOP of the original 45, especially as dropped at 99pSoul by Mister Rob Ryan with all dials turned up to 11, but I hope you get something of the general idea. An awesome record #soul

Always a thrill to be part of the @cooking_mixes collective - especially when, as on this - http://bit.ly/1zREdbS - a companero brings your attention to a smokin' tune (break!). Shout out to, and I quote, 'soul boy hairdresser Nick Jardine'

From the gorgeous album, 'Alaska'. It is one of life's great mysteries that Daniel Tashian and The Silver Seas are not worldwide superstars. All four Silver Seas albums are worth seeking out. You will treasure them.

A quite extraordinary cover of ELO's Telephone Line, as featured on PMB208: Dial M for Moonbase. We particularly like the trimphone ringing at the start.

Sort of obsessed with this at the moment. Brilliantly used in the opening scene of 'Withnail & I' of course.
