Here are all of flame_me_up's jams.
#1 #FinalJam The song that changed my life. My mum, eternal rock chick, saw Radiohead perform this on Top of the Pops, had her mind blown, brought OK Computer from the library and recorded it onto tape. At that point, being only into what was on the charts, I ignored it. Aged 14, my music taste started changing, I became more open-minded and in 2003, with the release of Hail to the Thief, my mum and I went full-on Radiohead-crazy. I don't know how many times we listened to OK Computer, Amnesiac and HTTT together, but it really brought me closer to her and opened my mind to a whole new world of music. This is truly my eternal jam.

by The Horrors
#2 My favourite Horrors album is the first one and since then I've only liked a few of their songs. But I remember watching this video and listening to this song for the first time and not quite believing my eyes and ears. The ending is beyond sublime and continues to give me goosebumps...#FinalJams

#3 I was going to jam Lucid Dreams by Franz Ferdinand, but I think they've been relegated to number 6. I remember discovering this song and their 86-98 greatest hits album when I was a teen and I've never looked back since. Also, only realised recently that this may be about gay sex...#FinalJams

#4 Why do I like this song so much? Why do I like Uffie so much, especially as she doesn't seem like a particularly nice person? I have no idea. But her unique rapping over electro beats is magical to me... #EndJams #FinalJams

by Late of the Pier
Last week of jams :( will be jamming my Top 5 songs of all time, one a day. #5 Late of the Pier were such an exciting band and their debut was amazing. It's such a shame they only had one album and it's sad that they will probably not reform after the untimely death of their drummer. I was absolutely mesmerised the first time I heard this song and it never fails to excite me, ESPECIALLY THAT ENDING #EndJams #FinalJams

Saw Torres last week and it was great - but I kind of wish I could have seen just her play by herself, or an acoustic session. Her voice is so powerful and it was slightly drowned out by the instruments playing loudly and ethereally...

by The Stranglers
This was not The Stranglers song I wanted to jam - but Peasant in the Big Shitty and many others have been blocked by WMG, grrr. Anyhoo, I properly got into The Stranglers a few years ago and had Rattus Norvegicus and La Folie. But it's only in the last few days that I've REALLY appreciated how diverse they are and how original their bass and keyboard sound still feels. Am now dedicated to discovering all their back catalogue, pre- and post-Hugh Cornwall. Hope to see them live soon. Found a v. interesting interview with JJ Burnel too: http://thequietus.com/articles/14627-stranglers-jj-burnel-interview
Jammed: 9th Sep 2015
Haven't jammed in a while as I have been on holiday and taking a break from being in front of a screen. Sad that there are only 22 days left until the end of TIMJ. I've been going through all my likes and it's astounding how much new music I've discovered on here, from artists all over the world. I will eventually join Let's Loop, but for now, will continue to try and spread my favourite music and get more recommendations, until the end...

by Uncovered QOTSA
There was a project by Oliver Libaux from Nouvelle Vague where women covered QOTSA songs and I've only just heard about it?!

Why I am jamming this? Because I googled "songs about broken foot" and this was the first song that came up. I've broken my foot for the second time in a year and am quite angry about that. So I'll let the music do the talking.

Influenced by depressing current events, I was Googling Greek rock music. This is one of the first bands I came across and seems like an apt soundtrack for the #GreekReferendum (even if the video is a bit posey)

by Loose Tapestries
Couldn't jam the song from the soundtrack to Noel Fielding's Luxury Comedy, but it's worth checking out. Love it when comedy music is just genuinely good music...the theme tune to this show is also one of the best ever...

LOTP's drummer Ross Dawson passed away recently, aged 27. In tributes, everyone said he was an incredibly nice guy. Fantasy Black Channel is probably my favourite album and the only one they ever made. So I'm still feeling pretty sad about this. Such energy and innovation.

by The Dø
I got to see Mew a few weeks ago, but missed The Dø, who were meant to play on the same night - Olivia had lost her voice. Hope I get to see them again at some point...!

I am actually in Vienna and will soon be heading off to a semi-final matinée presented by the lovely Conchita Wurst! Her picture is everywhere in this town, which is great #ESCWeek

by System of a Down
Not stopped listening to System since last week's gig, one of the best ever. They're awareness-raising about the Armenian genocide, as it happened 100 years ago. I often don't pay attention to lyrics, so had not realised that this is what P.L.U.C.K was about.
Jammed: 20th Apr 2015
Seeing these guys tonight, seriously excited. Would be great if Tom Smith from The Editors turned up to sing his part in this song. Not holding my breath though. Love this video too.

Jammed this song before, but this version is EXCELLENT.
